* Christian Men NEEDEDLeaders TRAINED!

General Qualifications: Most roles in CSB require:

1. A maturing faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (although some adult helpers, specifically parents/guardians, may not yet be born-again Believers.)

2. A strong relationship between the CSB member and his church.

3. Being of the male gender. (This is simply because boys respond well to men.)

Text Box: The Pastor of a CSB Church - This man, or woman, has a huge influence on the lives of boys and men in his congregation. CSB is a Men’s Ministry and when the pastor(s) sees it as that, he can use it to affect the overall ministry of the church. By encouraging men—the best men AND the lesser men—to care for the needs of boys, he is telling to whole church that ministry involvement is important for everyone. By investing in CSB and its training, he’s building better men to serve in all areas of church activity. He is building the Church. The pastor, and the affirmation that he, or she, gives the ministry is a key to success.
Text Box: CSB Leader - The greatest role in CSB is to be the instrument that unlocks a young man’s potential to serve God Almighty as his Saviour, Master and King. This is the CSB leader: a mentor and discipler of boys for Christ. It is a role with huge rewards and great responsibilities.

He must raise his own support. The “RD” provides Regional/Area Coordination, encourages participation, provides Basic and Advanced Training for all members of CSB churches.
Text Box: Area Staff Assistant - This man is an unpaid extension of the BC Regional Director to his particular Area. He is a volunteer and works very closely with the BC Regional Director, his own Area Committee, and Area churches and leaders. He provides training and encouragement, as well as timely advise.
