How badly has a crisis of identity and isolation damaged us?
The vision and path for manhood is missing. Men are confused. They need to see the manhood of Jesus and fatherhood of Abba Father. So many men, leaders especially, have been isolated....stressed...confused...at risk as they struggle without true friendship and being known. Younger guys raised in this digital existence are particularly confused, isolated and lonely.
What did Jesus do with men?
Jesus received everything from His Father and showed us how to live as beloved sons and friends. He called 12 men into deep friendship, poured into them and sent them out in friendship teams to change the world.
WATCH: Here's a simple vision & easy tools to help build ongoing deep friendship...which is crucial for sustained life impact. Teamwork is crucial to transformation in friends, leaders & pastors. Let's help them initiate easy wins with simple steps toward deep & consistent friendship.

In his 11 NFL seasons, Jeff quarterbacked for the Rams, Forty-Niners, Seahawks, and Eagles. In the off seasons, he earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and began his passion of speaking vision and encouragement into people. Jeff’s football career was a rollercoaster, from fourth QB to starter, from the bench to the playoffs, and from winning games to getting traded. He’s beaten the blitz on Monday Night Football and been cut mid-season as a starting QB. Jeff was a long shot to make an NFL team, but right after his second season, Jeff joined his greatest team by marrying Stacy. They have four married sons and five grandchildren. They mentor young couples and speak for FamilyLife Weekend to Remember marriage getaways. Stacy won’t mountain bike, or crash, with Jeff. But they love to play tennis, grandparent and ski as a family.
