Leading is a skill. Whether it's guiding boys to Christian maturity, or organizing a men's group for Bible Study or community service, the skill of leadership can be learned. In CSB, leadership begins with Basics Leadership Training (BLT) and moves through a series of Advanced Leadership Training (ALT) courses.
