It doesn't take much for men to start building their boys for Christ.
Generally, it's just having men do the good things that they enjoy and inviting boys and young men to join them. The venerable Father & Son Campout is a great example of guys doing great stuff together. They don't take much to organize and they tend to result in positive memories. With a little planning, you can have everything from bannock to a great message, from tents, tarps and sleeping bags to s'mores and dog over an open fire.
