TOUGH GUYS 2022
May 13 to 15, 2022 Friday to Sunday afternoon. CSB continues with our KNIGHTS Theme Knights for JESUS. (COVID Protocols will be followed, as required.) REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

CHURCHES MUST PAY AS A GROUP We organize our campers in their church groups, so we must request that each group/church pays for its campers through one person - their Coordinator (This can be done multiple times.) Tough Guys 2022 is in the planning stages!
It will be our second in-person Tough Guys using the KNIGHTS Theme. Looking back at our last IN-PERSON campout.... It sure was nice when the Lord gave us three beautiful rain-free days. It was just perfect for the canoeing, the Obstacle Course and the King's Feast. And our fellowship in Christ Jesus was fantastic. Each church had its own campsites nicely grouped together near the washhouse. This allowed each group to enjoy their own activities, cooking and campfires - Manhunt was a big favourite. Over the weekend, there were activities for the entire camp: hikes; canoeing; polar bear swim; Obstacle Course; Shield construction; Knights Feast; council fires with worship and a special speaker. Guys could join in as they wish. We were blessed. Our 2022 Campout will be different. We are camping with the General Public. We have secured 30 sites, and praise the Lord, they are tightly grouped around the washhouse in the South Alouette Campground. Our plans must remain flexible. |
In 2022, the Obstacle Course is back. This popular race for boys and men has returned with new challenges. Canoeing is also back at Mike Lake, where the wind isn't an issue.
We are continuing with the medieval knights theme. This harkens back to the early days of CSB when the boys' Achievement was all about becoming a Knight for the Lord Jesus. Also new will be the construction of a foam sword and a shield for each boy. We will be using corrugated plastic sheets, plastic plumbing pipe, spray paint, duct tape, bailing wire, and pool noodles - manly materials. COST per Guy:
